RuleGuard is a read-only trading journal. It connects to your exchange with read-only API keys, imports your closed trades, classifies setups with AI, and flags when you trade outside the rules you set for yourself.
RuleGuard is not financial advice, investment advice, or a trading signal service. We do not recommend trades, predict markets, or guarantee outcomes. Nothing in the app or in any email we send constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
Trading crypto is risky. You can lose everything. Use of RuleGuard does not change that. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.
RuleGuard is currently in free beta. There is no charge to use the service today. The service may be slow, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. Features may change or disappear. We will give reasonable notice before introducing paid plans, and beta users will not be billed retroactively.
Don't abuse the service. In particular, don't:
Your trades, notes, and rules are yours. We do not sell them, share them, or train on them. You grant us a limited license to process this data only to operate the service for you (storage, analysis, AI classification, email notifications). See the

Setup classifications, behavioural insights, and coach reports are generated by Anthropic's Claude. They are best-effort interpretations of your trade data, not facts. They can be wrong. Treat them as a second opinion, not as a verdict.
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. Deletion is immediate and irreversible: encrypted API keys are purged, trades and insights wiped, your email removed from Supabase Auth. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or threaten its security; we'll explain why where possible.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, RuleGuard and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, trading losses, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of (a) what you paid us in the past 12 months, or (b) EUR 50.
We may update these terms when the service changes or the law changes. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of France. EU consumers retain any mandatory rights under their local consumer law. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Paris, France, unless a mandatory law assigns jurisdiction elsewhere.
